For Players, please pledge your personal commitment to play hockey Jack's Way. By registering as an individual player, you will become a member of the Jack's Pledge Community.  At this time, we cannot dstribute helmet stickers on an individual basis.  Please have your hockey organization (Youth Association, high school or other team) register on this site and we'll send the right quantity of stickers to your organization.

For parents and fans, you are important individuals in our drive to change hockey. Please register your support; non-player individuals please take the Player Pledge by checking the box for electronic signature, which will complete your registration process.
